We are a wholesale business and had an after hours attempted break in to our warehouse, requiring all external locks to be re-keyed and the premise made secure. We were very impressed with the prompt response time, the professionalism (he knew his stuff) and the reasonableness of the charges considering it was after hours.
The locksmith also pointed out that certain of our internal locks were illegal and dangerous as staff could have been locked in, in the case of a fire. All fixed now. Exceptional service like that deserves to be praised. He was polite and respectful; courteous. Michael sorted out the lock in no time. If I ever have an issue with a lock or the need for a locksmith: Michael will get my business; one of the good guys.
